Breakfast

You can conveniently order your breakfast from your room or already from home by 4:00 PM on the day before.
Your breakfast will then be provided in your private area by 7:30 AM the next day.
Exceptions apply on public holidays, as we would need your order two days in advance
to ensure delivery of your baked goods one day before the holiday.

You can order fresh pastries, cold cuts, cheese, fresh eggs, milk, vegetables or fruit – everyone will find something they enjoy!

Internet

Every accommodation unit offers free Wi-Fi.

Wellness

From October 2026 onwards, you will be able to book your own private wellness area with us.
You are welcome to contact us directly to check availability for your preferred time slot
and enjoy relaxing and peaceful hours for yourself.

Information

Arrival and departure

Your accommodation unit will be ready for you from 3:30 PM on the day of arrival.
You are welcome to ask 1–2 days before arrival whether an earlier check-in is possible.
You will also receive a code from us 1–2 days before arrival so you can collect your keys.

Upon arrival, you may also book an initial refrigerator filling upon request.

Cancellation policy

The following flat-rate cancellation fees apply:

Up to 30 days before arrival: 20%

Up to 14 days before arrival: 50%

Up to 7 days before arrival: 80%

In case of no-show: 100%.
 

Payment options

You can pay by credit card, bank transfer or PayPal.

You will receive the bank details upon reservation.

A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking, the remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival.
